Project description: Projects or tasks related to AI/ML Governance
Hi, could you elaborate what "AI/ML Governance" means (if I was a Wikimedia outsider), and/or link to more information? Thanks a lot! :)
@Aklapper Yes, tasks under the "AI/ML Governance" umbrella seek to develop a set of processes/best practices that deliver on ethical or legal responsibilities in order to uphold fairness, accountability, and transparency as fundamental principles with respect to AI and machine learning.
The ML team is currently working on guidelines surrounding model transparency, including a process for deployment and reporting:
Deployment guideline parent task: T276598
Model Reporting: T276397
Requested public project ML-Governance has been created: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/view/5244/
