Description

I am merging some tasks, as it makes more sense to tackle all localisations of page move descriptions at once. We should get the translations from Translatewiki and add them to the respective by-language configurations.

This would ideally need to be done for page protection and probably rollback as well.

Edit: Actually, the corresponding tags weren't enabled that long ago, so it's better to have redirect creation in there as well.
