After the user publishes a translated section (T241592) the result is highlighted and an invite to translate more sections is shown. Currently, this happens at the same time, providing little guidance for the user to orient. This can result in not noticing the invite at the bottom.

This ticket proposes to adjust the transitions to show the different elements in a sequence: the article loads, the added section is highlighted (scrolling to it first if not in the viewport), and the invite is shown. Each happening after the previous step completed.

In addition, the new section added section should be initially expanded to make it easy for users to review and jump to correct any issue.
