@Jenny_Brandt_WMSE Did you check with the people holding\wearing the equipment if they are ok with them being published?
I have checked notes, and what I can find is that I have no written approval. What I remember is that they gave permission to add it to the annual report but not on the Commons. Bet, I will take photos of the material as soon as i Get to it. Then I can at least document the material on commons or the wiki.
An alternative would be to crop the images so that they can't be recognized. I don't think the important part is seeing them in use, but just getting an understanding of how the clothing look like to inspire others.

I suggest sorting the images into
- Without (identifiable) people - Can be uploaded fairly quickly
- Could be cropped - These will be done a bit at a time whenever there is time.
- Cannot be cropped
