The country inference tool (prototype UI, source code) looks nice and can already be used to demonstrate the results of this project, but there's still room to improve usability, additional analytical functionality, error handling, and so on. This epic has a vague scope, it will be a container for however much we can accomplish during a short follow-up window to the original project.

this project ended up getting downgraded as we focused on other projects. Going to decline this and related subtasks but much appreciate the organization of this project and i hope to return to the actual modeling work even if the interface likely would start from scratch
