The last couple of months I have stumbled upon numerous pages where the bot claimed that a link could not be reached. On further investigation it turned out that in all cases the links were all still very much alive. See diff 58469169 on the Dutch Wikipedia, where a link was reported to be dead while the webpage still exists. Instead of having to keep writing reports, is it possible that the bot tries to reach a url with larger intervals to see if a link really is dead?
