The soft descriptor we changed in task:T272995: Wikimedia's soft descriptor
does not appear to have been updated on these example merchant reference #'s: 100631461.1, 100621753.1
It still reads 'Donation to wikimedia Foundation' when we should have it read 'Wikimedia 877 600 9454' to stay within the character limitations.

More info here. In this example, I see the soft descriptor is as intended - MR#100581847.1
