Description

lib-version-check could follow the same publishing mechanism/infrastructure as other WMDE's npm packages, e.g. https://github.com/wmde/vuex-helpers/blob/446baf11b360744a999e30349314b060da331429/.github/workflows/release.yml

The github secret containing npm auth token has been configured for the lib version check repo (NPM_AUTH_TOKEN).

Acceptance criteria⛺✨ :

New version of npm package is published to npm when new github release is published
