ganeti2015 doesn't boot

Description

ganeti2015 doesn't come up after a reboot, on the serial console I can see the following, can you please have a look?

UEFI0147: The system hardware or cabling configuration is invalid.
Do the following: 1) Make sure the system cables, risers, and CPU configuration
are installed correctly. 2) Reseat each PCIe riser and reconnect the cables.

Remove and insert back both Risers system is backup up
