Description

Acceptance criteria:

  • Mikhail & Kate: Draft Q3 survey by Friday, March 19th
  • Mikhail: Draft email, including motivation and link to the Q1+Q2 report (from T272429)
  • Kate: Email Q1+Q2 report out to participants & their managers for feedback on Monday, March 22nd
  • Kate: Email survey out Wednesday, March 24th, morning to data scientists/analysts in Product Analytics, Advancement, Communications (Audience Engagement), Operations (Global Data & Insights)
  • Mikhail: Close survey Wednesday, March 31st (which gives respondents 1 week to respond)
  • Mikhail: Analyze & summarize responses by April 2nd
  • Mikhail: Report results in Q3 tuning session slides before Thursday, April 8th (when departments submit slide decks to Operations for pre-session review)
  • Mikhail: Report results (results reported in Q3 tuning session slides and in this doc)
