Visa-electron payments failing for Ingenico

Description

From payments error logs: The payment submethod [122] was not found.

These are donors presumably clicking 'visa', entering a visa-electron card number in the Ingenico form, and then seeing a fail page when they come back because we're unable to decode the paymentProductId from Ingenico.

We just deployed a fix and are no longer seeing the errors in the logs.
