Description

Project Name: k8splay
Type of quota increase requested: 1 floating ip
Reason: I am experimenting with kubernetes management software and would like to be able to access the kubernetes API server running in the project from the Internet. The API server is secured with TLS client certificates and the web proxy cannot be used. The work will be used to improve the Kubernetes Workshop (https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Kubernetes/Kubernetes_Workshop)

Although I'm not sure publicly exposing the kubernetes API to the internet is a good idea, I understand the project and why it is interesting.
