File links to redirects are shown twice in the "File usage" section on Special:WhatLinksHere, once as a file link to the redirect target and once as a file link to the redirect. Transclusions are also shown twice on Special:WhatLinksHere.
For example:
Main Page only has a file link to the File:Pinned2.png, it should not show up as a file link directly to File:Pinned.png.
The same goes for transclusions:
