The current check of existing statement does not look at the content of qualifiers when comparing the SDC that already is in the files with the stuff we want to upload.
It should do that, so that it doesn't duplicate statements with qualifiers. Right now this is relevant in the Musikverket audio uploads (T277636) where we have some performers as some value with qualifier author name string, and creator with qualifier has role -> sound recording ("dokumentatör")
