Background information
The tiles should have a way to distinguish between borders that are maritime versus those that are not. A maritime field exists but it may not have any data other than maritime = 0.

Check the database for any tiles with maritime = 1 in the source layer admin to confirm its absence (I was only able to check visually). If it is absent then determine if there is a different way to determine maritime status and/or if the future tegola import should be adjusted.

- Documentation is updated
- If maritime data exists in the tiles then close task
- If maritime data does not exist in the tiles then create a tegola task to make sure they are included in the tegola import
