Before this screenshot was taken I had added a qualifier and not filled it in. I removed it. The item in the value field is here: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q106166105 and that has been selected in the drop-down menu.

@Nikki gave a suggestion for the cause: "juni" is not understood by the date parser.
Why not I'm tempted to ask?
Could it be improved using wikidata? - could the date parser use a wikidata extract of months in all languages and guess based on that?

From @Moebeus in the Wikidata chat I learned that if I change the interface language then the data parser is also changed so that it can parse swedish dates like in the screenshot above.
I have been editing for years in WD without knowing that fact.
Is this a hidden feature?
Could you add an introduction to the UI so that new users learn how it is designed and supposed to be used?
