According to the footer at the very bottom of Wikimedia Downloads: Analytics Datasets, all Analytics datasets are available under the Creative Commons CC0 dedication.
- Expected: The general License information for dumps.wikimedia.org should mention this.
- Observed: Currently, the License information page does not mention that Analytics data is under CC0.
Proposal: Add a section to “Exceptions” in License information, perhaps after “Wikidata”, that says “Rights to all analytics datasets are waived under the Creative Commons Zero public domain dedication.”
