Disclaimer that there have been many stability issues as of late with the bot that powers CopyPatrol (T277328 is the latest example), but as far as I know these have been limited to English Wikipedia, so I think we're okay to move forward with adding Portuguese.

I've enabled the cronjob. Once some copyvios have been recorded and the cache clears, https://copypatrol.toolforge.org/pt/ should work.
