Problem
During user testing of the Image Recommendations prototype, there were instances of people not being able to read the language of the description or suggestion reason. Our current dialog options when someone says an image and article isn't a match doesn't include a very clear option for not being able to read the language.

Solution
Add "cannot read the language" as an option in the no and not sure dialogs.
