Following the application of a patch for T230415, the cached image metadata needs to be updated for existing DjVu files.
As I understand it, this is done with the maintenance script refreshImageMetadata.php.
Could we have that run at some point so existing DjVus can have their paragraphs inserted?

ping @Ladsgroup since you are working on T275268, will that run a refresh at some point, or are you only moving the existing data ?
