Currently Copypatrol allows for only one way to decline a report, as "No action needed". This doesn't allow for distinguishing between all the reasons a report can be declined, such as:

• The software was wrong
• The website copied it from wikipedia
• The website has a suitable license/is PD
• etc

Allowing the reviewing user to either select from a serie of decline reasons, or give a short user generated summary would make it much easier for other users to see why the report was declined
