The bot just doesn't do anything once the ticket is resolved (some are really hard to verify too). Also the post-creation list is not a MECE, making it almost useless. My suggestion is to actually remove the checklist which is already confusing and or move it a new ticket (automatically) but it'll get updated manually.

For a new manually updated ticket, I can't speak about "Clean up old interwiki links", "Propose the implementation of the standard bot policy", "Inform the CVN project for IRC monitoring" (idk who sees these things as "their task", if anyone), but for the Import from Incubator / OldWS, we already document whether this is done on incubator:I:SCL, and the box in the phabricator checklist has mostly just served to confuse people.
With https://github.com/Ladsgroup/Phabricator-maintenance-bot/commit/39dee489ea0cbfa3262f839823dcc95cdfe5089f the bot creates a post-creation ticket and it would track the work instead.
