Description

When you start a new discussion, there is a feedback link. It points to the same page as the feedback link in the Reply tool.

Current: Link points to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:Talk_pages_project/Replying

Desired: Link points to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:Talk_pages_project/New_discussion
