Description

Hi,

I tried to add https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Bots/Noticeboard to https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Bot_policy/New_global_bot_discussion, but it failed with this error:

That title is supposed to be valid. This one:

works correctly through. A massmessage bug?

This is due to the same problem that causes T317068.

Workaround is to use the shorthand for the namespace.
