On the new pfl-wiki there is no logo shown, neigter in vector skin nor in monobook. Investigating its html source there is a wrong background-image style:

style="background-image: url(http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikipedia-logo-v2-pfl.png);"

which leads to the commons page but not to the immage itself. The style should lead direct to the image like:

style="background-image: url(http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/50/Wikipedia-logo-v2-pfl.png);"
