Wikitech Usernames of requestors: Abartov (while testing; if we go with this for production use, I'll recruit a couple of additional volunteer admins)

Purpose: Self-host an instance of Moodle (https://moodle.org/), after unacceptable service from a major hosted-Moodle provider (Moodle Cloud).

Brief description: We'll basically install Moodle over a LAMP stack, to host Wikilearn (currently hosted -- poorly -- on Moodle Cloud). At the moment, Wikilearn is about to finish its first cohort with two courses, but we intend to scale up and support multiple courses (including volunteer-created modules) in the coming fiscal year.

How soon you are hoping this can be fulfilled: No terrible rush, but soon would be nice.
