In CVS, and active, on test, there is now the possibility to have images that
have been uploaded on WikiCommons directly in Wikipedia. However, this does not
work if the 'thumbnail' or 'framed' option is used.

Works for me- if you're referring to the test page
http://test.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baconton%2C_Georgia - the link is broken. You
typed Image:Image instead of just Image:.
