The standard MediaWiki discussion pages have MediaWiki:Anontalkpagetext on them with various helpful links about the IPs in questions. Flow talk pages don’t have it. Not sure how unhelpful this is to admins, but it is an oversight nonetheless. I don’t think it would be a hassle to add, other than the fact no one really focuses on Flow any more.
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/User_talk:151.210.138.204
- See no MediaWiki:Anontalkpagetext present anywhere.
