When I try to publish a Content Translation article to the Altay Wikipedia (altwiki, T271980), I get this error:

Some things to note:

• I searched my email and I cannot find the email that is automatically sent to newprojects@lists.wikimedia.org when a new wiki is created. I usually keep these emails. Perhaps something failed in the article creation script? Just a guess.
• Publishing to the Nias Wikipedia (nia.wikipedia.org) and the Meetei Wikipedia (mni.wikipedia.org) works. If I recally correctly, Nias was created at the same time as Altay, and Meetet was created later.
