While I appreciate your effort in getting more data to Wikimedia Commons, I have to decline your pending requests for server-side upload, because your recent server-side uploads don't appear to be actually used anywhere (in other words, don't seem to benefit the Wikimedia projects).

Uploading files via the server-side upload process takes a non-trivial amount of time, as I have to manually download a video to WMF infrastructure, copy it to Commons, wait for transcode to complete, and then go with another video. Your requests started to take a great amount of my volunteer time, and while I'm happy to do the uploads to help people, at this frequency, I'd really like to see that what I'm doing actually benefits the Wikimedia projects.

As of now, only one of the 60 last video files I uploaded for you is used on at least one Wikimedia page. Unfortunately, I'm not convinced that this is the best usage of system administrators' time, and that's why I'm closing your pending requests as declined.

I would like to ask you to ask yourself "is this file going to be used somewhere" before you hit the "Upload" button. It's much more helpful to have files that are used by people than just files that are laying around.
