I wonder if IA Upload should create a Wikidata item as well, where we could store that stuff?
Hmmm, I'm not sure people take enough care over the metadata in the general case to make that a good idea. Perhaps a secondary tool to go from Commons file-with-{{Book}} to Wikidata might make more sense? Also does any of it also/otherwise live in Commons SDC?
The good thing about having an OCLC is that that's a good key for future WD efforts (though because the OCLC id is usually for the digital item, it's not as easy as all that)
