Along with code coverage report (T278000) it would be nice to get also reports on sonarcloud.

Would that a good idea?

It is possible to run the codehealth jobs for tools repos?

Yes, definitely possible (and IMO a good idea). I think this would be the first implementation for a non MediaWiki core/extension PHP project. There are examples in integration/config for python/Java projects, would need to adapt a bit for PHP analysis. Tagging Quality-and-Test-Engineering-Team to see if it's something they'd like to work on.
