We now have an on-wiki config editor: https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:EditGrowthConfig, see the work done in the parent. In order for non-tech people to be able to use it easily, we need to have a help page about it, under https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Growth.
Write the doc page, and link it from the special page under a help icon.

@Trizek-WMF I see you updated https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Growth/Community_configuration to have some information about usage. Should I still create something under Help: and link it from the special page (cf. how it is done with Special:ClaimMentee), or should I just link the project page there?
I make a clear distinction between project pages, that describe the status of a project and the rationale of it, and help pages, that explain how to use a tool, step after step.
So yes, a proper Help page is welcomed. :)
