As a Wikibase Operator, I want easy-to-follow instructions for upgrading from V1 (Spring 2021) to V2 (Date TBA) of the new Docker images so that I can update my instance more efficiently and with less risk for errors.
Please note that the upgrade instructions for moving from the "old" Docker images to the "new" images not within the scope of this ticket. That need is captured elsewhere.

Looks good. We shall see if there will be some changes in the time before release 1 and release 2 of the V2 docker images, that should be reflected in the docs.
