Description:
Once user upload an ogg file the URL appears with ending ogx; could not verify the validity of this URL since URLs are not functioning.

But it seems the URL not ending with file type.

e.g. http://commons.prototype.wikimedia.org/uwd/Special:UploadStash/dmf9wecm1df0voaoiw1veow4n0s6tsl.ogx
