Apparently, the entry point URL changed and it's now lingualibre.org/api.php instead of lingualibre.org/w/api.php before the fire.
So the problem with the bot login is now solved, but I don't know if it's not affecting other scripts.

Yes, we noticed the path inconsistency when upgrading LinguaLibre to Mediawiki 1.35 as it broke some tools (including but not limited to Blazegraph).
Does some long time LinguaLibre user know why the path was /w/ on some pages (like the api) and / on most pages? (like the history)
Was it on purpose?
