I tried to upload a 300MB file using upload_by_url on Special:Upload. After a little bit, I got a "Secure Connection Failed" error. When viewing technical details, it says the connection is not encrypted and commons.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org doesn't support encryption for the page I'm viewing.

Expected behavior: Mark of Zorro (full movie) is uploaded to betacommons
What happen instead: Secure Connection Failed
