Behavior

Visit https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/
Go to https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-editing
"Check" the box next to the Enable experimental tools in the quick replying and quick topic adding features' source modes setting
Click Save
Visit a talk page (e.g. https://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/User_talk:Ppelberg-test)
Open the Reply Tool
Switch to the Visual mode if you are not there already
Type a comment (the comment I draft included a ping)
Click the Source affordance

Actual

❗️Clicking the Source affordance does nothing (read: you remain in the tool's Visual mode)

Expected

✅Clicking the Source affordance takes you to the tool's Visual mode)
