Description

The arbcom-l archives have special security measures in place following a leak of the archives (likely from someone's inbox). This task is about determining whether we need to retain that extra security or whether it can be removed in the Mailman3 migration process.

The arbcom-l archives are no longer accessible via the internet (MM2 private archives CGI is gone and it is not imported into hyperkitty) but they'll stay on the server until someone says otherwise. I'm going to close this task on the basis that this is no longer blocking any technical issue.
