It's a subpage of Special:Version, which is listed. It's very discreetly the "others" in the copyright line. I do think we should make the link much more prominent.

I'm not totally sold on the implied "it doesn't need to be listed on specialpages because it's a subpage". Most of our 'subpaged' special pages also are not listed but those for the most part are decidedly prominent.

In order to make this task more concrete, I'm propsing these two specific improvements as the criteria for this task:

1. Ensure "Special:Version/Credits" is offered as part of search suggestions for special pages and their subpages. This is done by various other special pages, but not Special:Version currently.

2. Make the link to "Credits" more prominent on the Version page, without becoming obnoxious or otherwise needlessly prominent. It may be helpful to approach it from these two perspectives:
3. Someone who has not seen this page before and does not know it exists. They should be able to find themselves on SpecialVersion with a specific use case that the Credits page satisfies, and understand that 1) the information they are looking for exists, 2) where to get it, and 3) how to get there.
4. Someone who has visited before and knows it exists, should be able to get there in a natural way through the navigation. Any kind of link part of a logical navigation would suffice here. A link buried in prose is imho not part of that.

Seems reasonable.
