Motivation
In cases of global LTAs, it is quite time-consuming for stewards to go to multiple wikis and perform checkuser on each. Having a singular place to do that would be more efficient.

AHT did an initial investigation - it seemed very out of scope.
Would need to sit down with stewards and figure out the pain points of their current process which involves using loginwiki to do this work. There are also features built into the new checkuser which can help with this work. Adding UA deprecation to this item.
T&S: Good opportunity to convince Stewards to the efficacy of a joint approach to User Agent deprecation.
Would be very helpful for long-term abusers and victims. Big practical impact.
Potential Options
- Extend on the existing system of using loginwiki to expose users active on multiple wikis.
- Build a new system to allow stewards to see IP/UA information of users from multiple wikis in one place. This would need significant database/SRE efforts.
- Explore how the new checkuser version can be extended/adapted to meet the stewards' needs.
