Description

Until edit mode toggle T269653: Add a link: edit mode toggle (machine suggestions & visual) is done, we want to remove entry points for the user to switch the editor interface. https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/GrowthExperiments/+/683557 removes the edit mode switch tool from the toolbar, but the "Edit source" tab can remain, so we should remove that.
