simple fix

Clicking the "Add topic" tab doesn't work since r73604 because container is null in handleNewLink in lqt.js, since the "Add topic" link doesn't have the lqt_talkpage attribute, unlike the "Start new discussion" link. I've attached a simple one-line patch that fixes the issue.
