@lucamauri (Gerrit Contributions, MediaWiki User, Global Account Info) is an occasional volunteer contributor to Wikibase and other projects. Having Jenkins run automatically on their patches would help with code review and I'm not aware of any reasons not to do this. Therefore I'm requesting to add them to the list of trusted users.

That being said, I didn't find any policy outlining the requirements or process for this list. The closest I found about a volunteer process would be Volunteer NDA and that doesn't seem to apply here.
