This should be split into two tasks.

This one is about picking what CRM software to use.

Then a separate subtask to T275368 should be created for the implementation part.

• E-mail Chapters to see what system they use
• Contact UNICEF and thank them for answering

Salesforce trial period

• Start the trial period (30 days)
• After starting the trial we can Apply to become part of their program "Power of us" which gives non profits free usage of Salesforce (10 users)
• questions have been sent to our contact at Salesforce to get some further information on terms for the trial period (see above link to document)

• Contact implementations partner (Axenon and Xceed)
  • Costs
  • Access to programming to be able to program/make easier changes our selves after the implementations are made
• Supportoption - to they offer this and what is the cost vs. time

Switzerland Salesforce

• E-mail with questions about if we can get a hold of the programming - what the cost would be (if they are allowed to share)
• Did they use a implementations partner
• Support from salesforce or implementationpartner

Picking a new CMR system was deemed not necessary as we were collecting members.
But the process of finding a new CRM is ongoing.

Perhaps this task should be the future parent task.
