Before the campaign is initiated we need to have some sort of Donation management software systems (CRM) in place. In 2020 we can organize it in a more ad-hoc type of style as we will learn what our needs will be based on this. As such we believe that more manual work will be acceptable this first year. Based on the findings we will then pick a more automatized and connected system in 2021.
