Description

On arwiki enable the link recommendation (with ge.utils.setUserVariant( 'linkrecommendation') 2. Go to any of the recommended articles - the recommended link surface doesn't load and the following error is displayed:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'setNotices' of undefined
    at AddLinkDesktopArticleTarget.ve.init.mw.DesktopArticleTarget.surfaceReady 
    at AddLinkDesktopArticleTarget.surfaceReady
