@Iniquity Rubins patch will remove the namespaces, as those are automatically defined when wmgUseEducationProgram is set to true: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/operations/mediawiki-config/+/refs/heads/master/wmf-config/CommonSettings.php#3062
The extension is actually not enabled, that was a misunderstanding from my side.
