Impact: These 3 wikis will go read-only for about 30 minutes (hopefully a lot less). Reads will not be impacted.

I removed the user-notice tag since this is three specific wikis and we don't need to include it in a movement-wide newsletter; we should give the three specific wikis an early heads-up instead.
The maintenance went ahead successfully this morning.
