Description

Desktop Improvements' language selector is grayed out when editing in Visual Editor.

I'm not sure why it is. Maybe because VE grays out and deactivates the whole top header bar?

The legacy Compact Language Links selector works while editing in Visual Editor, so the new button should be active, too.

It's not an issue in ULS code, so I'm removing the ULS tags. I shouldn't have added them. Adding Wikimedia-Interwiki-links, though.
