Create form for Fundraising Tech

Description

I'm requesting Edit Form Configuration permissions so that I can create a new bug report template for the FR team.

My current manager is @TSkaff, in case approval is required, and please just let me know if any further information is needed.

Helpful hint: to take a screenshot on Mac use shortcut (Shift + Command + 4)
OR on Windows use (Windows key + Shift + S)

[Add screenshots, logs or zendesk ticket number here]

Actual results:
Current result observed after following the steps to reproduce

Expected results:
Expected result or correct behavior if there were not a bug

Notes:
Any further details can be included here to help triage and resolve an issue

Thanks @Aklapper, and apologies for the delayed reply on this.

It sounds like from that task you commented, it's only possible to get general admin rights to create forms on Phab, and not just for a specific purpose?

Since all I would need is to create this one form, is there maybe a way I can just request someone to copy/paste the above text I added as a comment into a new form and call it fr-bug-form or something along those lines?

I'm afraid we don't want to hand out admin rights to create a single form, so I'd propose to follow the previous link and provide data needed to set up such a form in that other task?

Is this supposed to be a Create form and/or an Edit form?

I think ultimately we wanted it to appear in this menu:

(And as usual Phab's unhelpful UI leaves me highly confused... Should this also be marked as an Edit form or not? Why does https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/transactions/editengine/transactions.editengine.config/edit/101/ show preamble content but https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/transactions/editengine/transactions.editengine.config/view/101/ does not? When "Mark as Create Form", it says "will appear in the application Create menus by default" and I'm not sure what that means.)

But we don't understand your questions about preamble or your last question.
